The Eye of Madness is a quest added by VIGILANT.
Objectives[]
- talk to Altano in the Candlehearth Hall
there is a strange man in Kynesgrove -> Balor in Braidwood Inn -> go talk to him
Walkthrough[]
DECISION (no karma gain/loss yet, but it gets morally grey):
- kill him immediately and return to Altano - leave him alone, return to Altano and try to talk some sense into him, return to Balor and kill him then
(no, you have no option to spare him)
