Perkless Speech is a mod for The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim.
Background []
The mod adds a book on top of a barrel outside the Sleeping Giant inn in Riverwood. Once the Dragonborn has read the book they automatically get 100 Speechcraft skill and all the perks in that tree. It is part of the Perkless Mods collection.
