Missing Houses is a House(s) mod for The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim. It adds new purchasable and upgradable house to the remaining holds of Skyrim.

Features[]

  • Adds four new houses that can be bought and upgraded/furnished via the vanilla way:
    • Neveice: A new built house located in Winterhold, it could be the very first step to the rebuilt of Winterhold. Neveice is the smallest and cheapest house in all Skyrim, so it may be ideal for those who want to live alone and can't afford a bigger home. Even though it's not big, it features everything you may need in your home, from an alchemy area to an enchanter area and you're free to display your items in any way you want from display cases to weapon racks.
    • Trinsmardia: It's located in Falkreath in front of the graveyard. Trinsmardia is built (sort of) inside a cliff and besides the graveyard it features a pleasant view of the river which flows just behind the house. The house is two-stories, it would be smaller than Breezehome if not for its big basement which hosts also a guest room. It features a decent amount of storage space (as much as Proudspire Manor) and both an Enchanting area and an alchemy laboratory.
    • Coldenia: An abandoned house which is more or less in good conditions only because the owners suddenly dissapared recently, not knowning their whereabouts it has been decided to put the house for sale knowing an already discretely decorated and semi-clean house surrounded with a veil of mistery would surely attract a costumer. Perhaps you'll find more clues about the previous owners inside your new home.
    • Rustenrose: You decided to rebuild the burned house in Morthal to start living there

Compatibility[]

  • Winterhold Rebuild or something similar: Load it AFTER missing houses, It will simply "overwrite" my player house and will be compatible.
  • The Elder Scrolls V: Hearthfire: This is not compatible, since it overwrites the diologue option to buy the mod added homes with the diologue option to buy the Hearthfire homes. The only solution is to disable the Hearthfire DLC and purchase and upgrade/furnish the mod added homes and then re-enable the Hearthfire DLC.
    • Note, you won't be able to upgrade or do anything to the homes after Hearthfire has been re-enabled
  • This mod is NOT compatible with the following:
    • Mods that add player houses in the same spot as mine [If they're in the same city but in different spots then it IS compatible].
    • Mods that alter/rebuild cities in which the player houses are located in [They would still work but could be misplaced]
    • Mods that edit the House Purchase script and favor scripts.
  • If you have any other compatibility problem and you're sure it's because of my mod, please leave a comment, thanks!
