Ned, this is the last time I want to warn you about this, stop changing user rights without talking to the community first. Not everyone should be a member of the staff, Admins are useless if we have no regular users. The point of us is to enforce order, it's harder to do that on Administrators, so promoting every user even though we don't know them well is problematic.
I'm asking you once again, please stop, this is getting to the point it's basically power abuse. I'm sorry if I sound very stern with this, but I told you about this before and you seemed to have completely ignored me with the recent promotion of User:Vami IV.
Well, Ned, you have since lost your Bureaucratic rights, because I told you not to promote anyone without discussing it with the community first, if you couldn't access the site, you shouldn't have been changing the user rights in the first place. You may get Admin again if you prove to be a good enough user, but it will take a lot of effort on your part to prove yourself Bureaucrat material again
Ned, stop changing user rights please. It seems like in the past day you've promoted every active user to some position, please stop. Not every user needs to be a staff member, a huge staff on a semi-active site like this would be problematic, since we wouldn't be able to control everyone. Even if you are going to change it, check with me.
Ned, can I please ask that you stop creating new pages. We already have our hands full with the current pages and their messes, adding more will just create more work for the users. So try and avoid doing that in the future. Thanks.
Also, if I may, I would recemmend you cut back someof the editing. It's good you're editing here and whatnot, but when you do a bunch of edits at a time, it can sometimes make you tired, and therefor sloppy in addition, if you do something incorrect, I will then need to correct it, which is harder if you've done it on a lot of pages. So my overall message is, don't do all the editing at once!
