Journal Page is a note added by the mod Falskaar, it is found in at the end of Stargazer Grove, near the site of Barkrot.

13th, Last Seed
We're at the cabin now. it's not much, but will shelter us from the nights wind. Found a note describing the artifact, along with a large bundle of torches, fire traps, and taproot. Note says the item we're after is some kind of bow enchanted with a magic that Spriggan fear. They got a hold of it somehow I guess, and have watched over it for a while. He believes they're making sure it can never be used against them.
With more information on the bow and these lures and traps to use on the Spriggan we should be ready to enter the Grove in the morning.
