Campaner'Ra is Jo'vanni's deceased wife. You meet her through Jo'vanni's memory during the quest Thus Spoke Khajiit where it is eventually revealed that Mar'so killed and flayed Campaner'Ra out of jealousy; this action is the leading cause of Jo'vanni going mad.
During the Epilogue, you can find Campaner'Ra and her husband having been reincarnated into Alfiq.
